1)Yep 2) 12 years 3) Sometimes 4 times a week, sometimes 2, a few times none, but I’d say on average 2 to 3 times a week. ---

1. Yes 2. 7 years 3. _Annual_ frequency? Started off daily for the first three years or so. Now, theres a lot of variation … sometimes 2 or 3 times in one week, and then nothing going on at all for, say, two weeks. Annually, I guess about 30 times. ---
