I like bar soap. I use liquid soap in the kitchen, and by the sink in the guest bathroom, but I use bar soap in the shower and at the sink in the master bedroom. I don’t mind liquid hand soap, but I never really feel clean after using body wash, I feel like it doesn’t all rinse off.
Same here, the handwash liquid is just a little too thick on it’s own.
To me, the “few pumps” is what is weird. Never more than one pump.
The other part depends on the soap: the foamy stuff I just use on dry hands. The gel stuff I put on dry, wet my hands a bit, scrub, then rinse, though not always for the full recommended 20 seconds
I don’t want my hands wet when I press the soap, though.
