I think there are a lot of senior citizens who like being around children and could teach them a lot, and I think a lot of children could benefit from a “grandparent’s” attention.
I say exclusive as you would obviously have to pick seniors who like children, and children who could benefit from the surroundings. -
As a non-profit venture, I would like to offer a chain of storefront shops for the homeless where they could go in, take a bath or shower, get a haircut, get new donated clothes, get job placement applications and a voucher for a local restaurant.

To make money: A combination bar/movie theater with cordless headsets so you can hang out and watch the film, or take off the headsets and talk with friends. It would have comfortable seats and a huge, drive-in theater size screen on one wall.

I’ve already started up my own business but because I’m not rich I’ve had to generate the start-up costs myself and build up a clientelle.
That’s actually the best part… seeing all that hard work and sweat pay off as time goes by.
Mind you, if I had unlimited funds and people knocking down my door…
I would open a brick and mortar shop where I could continue to sell pens but would also add antique books and other fine writing supplies such as stationary and hand bound journals. I’d like to add a coffee bar so people could enjoy a coffee or tea as they lingered on my comfortable chairs and couches to read an write to their hearts content.
