Okay, I’m not a fan of Justin Bieber nor do I particularly hate him, but I’m just curious how accurate the collective hunches are here on SDMB. Since with modern DNA testing it should be easily determined with near 100% accuracy whether he is or is not a baby daddy there should be a way of answering the question shortly. So, based on what you know of the paternity suit and all, do you think he is or isn’t the father of the woman’s baby? You don’t have to be a Bieberfan to answer, and in fact if you didn’t even know until this post that he’s been sued for child support by a 20 year old who claims she gave birth to his baby still feel free to give an opinion. I’m not including a “don’t know/don’t care” option since that wouldn’t help to measure accuracy of the hunch. ---

I suppose it’s possible, but it totally seems like a money grab to me, and I should hope a boy like him knows how to use a condom. ---

I doubt it, just cause it seems so weird. According to the woman, Bieber was a virgin beforehand, they had sex for 30 seconds, and that got her pregnant. Of course I know that even one time can lead to pregnancy, but _damn_! And he just so happens to be a high profile celebrity with many millions of dollars… ---

I don’t think it’s such an unreasonable thing to believe. What’s the difference between this and when Britney Spears’ sister got pregnant a few years ago? Kids do dumb things all the time, and being famous doesn’t change that one bit. ---

I have to agree with **GuanoLad** that it’s highly conceivable that he’s shagging groupies left and right, which means that the 0.001% failure rate on condoms starts to become meaningful. Who knows in this case, but it’s possible even if he was being careful. ---
