Mom (from Europe) always says cam-oh-mile.
Everyone else I’ve met says cam-oh-meel including Mrs. BwanaBob.

KAM-uh-MEEL. -Great Lakes Region.
I had an ex that used to pronounce it Kuh-MOM-uh-LEE. :rolleyes:
