President yes since it won’t be official until California is called (like it’s in doubt).  
Colorado and Arizona polls close at 7pm MST

One thing I’ve noticed is that many of the rural and southern states are going with Trump in overwhelming majorities - like 65/35.

Biden has just conceded that he does not expect the election to be formally called tonight, and doesn’t want it to be until all the votes are counted
