Not sure who the most famous Scottish person is. I’d say the contenders are (in no particular order): Sean Connery Charles Rennie Mackintosh John Logie Baird Robert the Bruce William Wallace Robert Burns Andrew Carnegie Sir Arthur Conan Doyle David Hume John Knox Adam Smith And bizarrely enough (this surely can’t be right?) Saint Patrick (c. 410 - c.450) The Patron Saint of Ireland. He is said to have been born near Kirkpatrick on the River Clyde. Went to Ireland in 432. ---
