# Poll: would you eat lab-grown meat?

I’ve been vegetarian for ~30 years now, and I have more than enough tasty things to eat, so I don’t crave meat, lab-grown or otherwise.

What? Did someone say lab-grown _bacon_? Where is it, and how much can I pay for it?

Hmm, I’m not a vegetarian, because i do crave meat. I lust after it if i haven’t had it in a while. Bacon is tasty, but overrated, imo. A nice lamb chop, though…

If vat-grown meat gets good enough, maybe I’ll turn vegetarian. I fear it will only be bland, uniform stuff, though, and not the ribs and wings and marrow bones and slightly gamey duck i crave.
