Yes.

For those who say “no” because they are unable to afford it, I understand. I would be willing to contribute to, say, a student’s scholorship fund.

For those who say “no” because of some silly “the internet should be free for all” idea, grow the fuck up. Pay close attention, you Commie idiot. This costs money to run and it’s not a fucking charity. If you use it, pay for it.

I really dont know if I would pay $25 per year… maybe $25 for a lifetime membership. I don’t mean to sound cheap but that’s about what it would be worth. I would however be happy to make voluntary donations to SDMB.

Hell yeah.

$25 dollars a year is not going to break the bank. The only reason I’d stop paying is if the speed of the boards stayed the way it is.
