# Poll: You See A Celebrity By Himself In An Airport. You.....

Hmm.

Depends on the celebrity. Tom Cruise knows I recognize him. Nanci Griffith might not.

Terry Pratchett, however, I will not spare. I will run up to him like my fangirlish self, should I see him before Oct. 19, and tell him what I’ve wanted to tell him for the past few years:

“Mr. Pratchett, you’re a wonderful writer, which you know. You make me want to write too; I don’t want to write what you do, but I want to be able to use the English language in a way that just about everyone in the world seems to have forgotten how to do.”

Anyone else I really want to give major props to is dead, really. Or I can’t think of who they are right now.

Met many bands when I worked arena shows in college…the most gracious were Metallica(not the drummer though…the rest were super cool) and Alan Jackson…Eddie Van Halen is a huge Asshole…i saw David Schwimmer at a theater party here in Chicago and left him alone…he seemed like a very cool, approachable guy though…oh yeah…and just the other day i was at borders browsing and i looked to down and there was Oates…without Hall though…i let him be…but i couldn’t get private eye out my head the entire day!..as far as airport…leave em alone!
