You are a hospital director. A particular surgeon (John Doe) has been committing a great deal of errors in his operations. No amount of re-training or re-qualification has improved his performance. Under normal circumstances, any other surgeon would have been fired for the kind of error rate that Doe has had. But Doe specializes in a particular rare, unusual, critically-important type of surgery and if you fire him you will have an extremely difficult time hiring anyone to replace him. For MMM’s list, which things could you reasonably obtain/begin within, say, the next 5-10 minutes. (E.g., for the food items, if they aren’t in your kitchen maybe it would take longer than 10 minutes to go to the store to get them.
