You are dead and have gone to Hades. It is pretty boring. You cannot talk or move or see or sleep. All you can do is hear the constant self pitying/regretful wailing and gnashing of teeth of your fellow damned, as well as occasional mad laughter. You could really use a distraction. On your 1st year anniversary of being dead, you are allowed to choose 1 living entity on Earth to observe until they die.
