# Polls with multiple questions?

When creating a poll, it asks you for a question, options, multiple/single choice. If you want to ask more than one question in a poll you’re out of luck; I’ve noticed some posters get around this by creating a multiple choice poll with one of the options a new question and more options below, but it’s a bit of an inelegant solution. At the moment, it’s either that or start a new thread on a topic you may want to keep in one discussion.

Is it possible to add this feature in with the board software or are we stuck on the one question per poll? Is there some moderation reason we don’t do it or is it just a tech issue? Thanks.

I believe the poll function is the standard VB version, since Jerry doesn’t want us doing hacks. I don’t know if there are settings that can be tweaked on that – my guess is not – but an admin will be along to confirm that.
