The sexiest hairstyle known to man. Well, here’s another update. We had the alum who is a structural engineer look at our house. He wasn’t very confident with his conclusions, so he contacted someone higher up on the chain. They looked at our house and said that it was safe to live in, except for the multipurpose area, of course. However, they said that the cost for repairs would be near the five figures. Sigh… ---

Only near 5 figures? How would you go about getting this repaired anyway? Do you just hire a contractor or do you need to get an engineer or architect to come up with some plans for the contractor to follow? Oh, and Nickel, Please!? Your secret will not remain secret for long. You do understand that you’ll need permits and various inspectors are going to HAVE to come by to approve the repairs, right? And the sooner you talk to your insurance company, the less stupid your answer will sound when they ask you “Why did you wait X days to tell us about this?” How are you going to to raise $10,000.00 for the repairs, anyway? Bake sale? Selling your Omega Sea Masters? ---
