how to fix a coin operated pool table? the original owner made it so you didn’t have to use quarters ---

The answer is going to depend on what the owner did to disable the coin-op feature. Is the coin-op mechanism still installed in the table? [This article](http://entertainment.howstuffworks.com/question495.htm) on How Stuff Works might give you some ideas of where to look to fix it. ---
