# Pop songs featuring a kazoo?

Which was doen many years earlier by Peter, Paul, and Mary. Who _they_ stole it from, I haven’t a clue.

The original was by[Jesse Fuller](http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B000000XYA/ref=m_art_bow_2/002-5379093-9692813?v=glance&s=music) and, yes, it does have a kazoo solo.

The most famous song that I can think of with a kazoo is Bob Dylan’s _Highway 61 Revisited_ , off of the record with the same name (1965, IIRC).

Interestingly enough, he’s holding the kazoo on the picture on the album cover – either that, or it’s a crackpipe.
