Maybe you should go for being almost as direct as possible.

If you sneak up behind her and give her a tap on the shoulder with your erect penis\* and then say “I think you’re hot. We should do it. Big Olaf likes you, too,” you’re liable to get a poor response. The lady in question might be so discombobulated by the rush of blood to her uterus that she accidentally runs screaming from the room and calls the police.
