This late in the thread, “popular” gets a little strained [as **Just Asking Questions** mentioned], but I’ve heard all of these on a commercial station in Nashville: Metric (now playing: “The Void”) Haim (borderline – named for 3 sisters, but the drummer’s a dude and also in the band) Purity Ring Beach House the xx [Edits in brackets. Only Haim fits **palindromemordnilap** ’s “more interesting” 1-woman qualification currently, although the xx did before.] ---
