The answer is [YouPorn.com](http://YouPorn.com), which is based in Germany (allegedly). It ranks #74 on the list of [most visited sites from the US](http://www.alexa.com/topsites/countries;3/US). The only foreign-based site higher on the list is [bbc.co.uk](http://bbc.co.uk), which is #68 but disqualified by the OP.

That’s a completely different animal, kindly do not mistake your country for the world.

Farolatino for example gets users from all over the world but they will likely speakee Spanish; at the very least, they will have an interest in music in Spanish.
