Possibly to allow the director to call out instructions to the actors and actresses. Sometimes you see things like behind the scenes and you hear the director talking. Also real sex is often very squishy. You almost never here those wet squishy sounds in professional porn. ---

I think it is the cheap way to do it. Instead of recording the actual sounds and then having to edit the sound with the video part, they just record over the whole video. ---

What I have a problem with is the dialogue sound. It’s always so pitiful, that I have to turn the sound waaaaay up, and then when the action starts, the moanin and groanin ends up rattling my windows. Now, many might argue that you don’t really need the dialogue, but sometimes I like to understand the motivation behind the whoopie. 😃 Happy
