Isn’t that basically what I asked upthread? One for Oregon, two for NH, “Hell if I know” for people unfamiliar with either.

Considering that the Oregon one is one syllable and the NH one is two, it comes out to the same thing. Except that some people who don’t know will guess instead of saying “I don’t know”.

Forgot about Oregon’s pecularity, and we just planned a car trip up the coast.
Oregon, of course, as I am originally from Seattle. I’ve been to the other one, or at least near there, but that was more than 30 years ago and we went shopping in Freeport.
