# Possible clue to our problems?

I just noticed something new today. I typically receive 2 notifications of new posts each time one happens. Why 2? Don’t know, but 2 has been “normal” for a long time.

Besides the numerous timeouts and slowness today, I have been receiving MORE THAN TWO emails for each notification. The duplicates have the _same_ time stamp, and they are _exact copies._ At 11:01AM Chicago time today, I received 6 notifications of one post. Since then, each notification has been duplicated from 3 to 4 times.

**TubaDiva** , does this observation make any sense to our (nonexistent) techies?
