One article is not confirmation that he has never said the exact words, “I don’t need Congress”. That is yet to be determined (I’ll keep looking. 😃 ) Obama has made it clear that he doesn’t require legislation to advance his agenda. I heard this morning that there are now 24 States, up from the original 18, suing Obama for his executive actions concerning immigration reform. The courts will decide if Obama has done anything that violates the Constitution or intrudes on the power of Congress. ---
