A truck has driven through a group of people, killing three, and crashed in Åhléns on Drottinggatan in downtown Stockholm. I’ve now read that no one was arrested and they have released pictures of the suspect. ---

I would take that claim with a pinch of salt if I were you, because I can’t find this reported by any Swedish media, and I would have expected the police to have mentioned it at their latest press conference if it had happened. ---

[Swedish media](http://www.dn.se/) reporting four dead as of now. Lots of rumors, it seems. There have been reports of shots fired in multiple locations, but the police are confirming none of them. ---

This is why I always ignore the fine details of any major event, especially terrorist events, until 48-72 hours have passed. Way too much baseless speculation otherwise. (Anyone else remember John Doe #2?) Poor Sweden. ☹
