Yep, I have Cox, and a dedicated computer with Linux acting as a firewall/NAT router. My other two computers are networked to it via an ordinary hub. Works great. The router gets the IP from Cox and sends data on to the other computers via pre-assigned IPs. As far as Cox knows or cares there is one computer dealing with them.
