At another UBB board that I’ve seen (Chatway – really crappy) there are Junior Members (we have that here, you are a junior member until your first post gets a reply), Members, and Senior Members. I can’t figure out what qualification you need to be a Senior Member. Checking their profiles, some of them have less than 50 posts, and haven’t been around very long.
