Finishing the bottle of wine I bought for the Chicken Penne casserole I’m making for my son’s wedding reception next week was the responsible and frugal thing to do, since I’m leaving town tomorrow night and Grandma won’t drink it. Even though I have tons to do and one glass makes me legally drunk…right? ---
