If you want to hear Pat Boone do metal, they’re using one of his Ozzy songs as the theme music to that excellent new “The Osbournes” show on MTV.

Nothing put the brakes on a promising career more quickly than when **Peter Frampton** signed on to do the horrific _Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Heartclub Band_. It’s gotten so bad that he now lives in Cincinnati, the epicenter of cultural obscurity.

Aerosmith survived only because their role was a cameo.
