You’ve responded that you meant only kids equipment. I, personally, see no reason that kids equipment is not included in those more general figures. If you’ve got data for Polaris (or ANY other youth ATV manufacturer’s sales during the time of the active lead ban you may find something completely different. 😉 ---

Which was put on that website on February 2, 2009. Which notes, immediately after the title, that the CPSC voted on April 3, 2009 to stay enforcement. I can only assume that you pay good money to a personal caretaker whose sole responsibility is to remind you to breathe. ---
