# Poverty Sucks

As a matter of fact, I spent most of today in a job interview. Since it’s for the Feds and involves security I can’t really say anything about it - well OK, if I get it I’ll be working for the Transportation Security Administration, I can say that much - and I’m hoping it leads into a new career for me. (Uzi’s guesses are pretty close - my prior area of work is overloaded with employees shed from lots of companies, I’m educated, and I expect this is a temporary speed bump in my life - I just wish “temporary” had been a month or two instead of the actual length it has been).

I get most of my bitching over with here in the Pit so I can go out into the world and impress the hell out of potential employees with my good nature and optimism.
