That’s a pretty easy requirement to meet. Any of the properly spec’d powerbanks will do that. If you’re concerned about keeping things going for longer, just get two.

True in many cases, but not all. Some cars have the 12V receptacle live at all times. At least some of mine did. Not sure about my current vehicles though.
