No, as I recall, I walked in without an appointment, it took about 15 minutes, and if it cost anything, it was less than $20. ---

To tie things together: House on sale July 7th - and to my eldest brother endless dissatifaction - why won’t I stay here till the closing, Having a life and a wife in the UK is irrelevant. He is a paralegal for the likes of Ronald Kuby, who helping those in legal trouble for fighting the Revoluton. Pro-bono. Middle brother is a psycho and I’ll say no more I of course an American Citizen, Irish Citizen who dwells with his wife ifrom St. Petersburg, in the south of the UK. Though trump declared VE-Day “America won WWII all by itself” day, I displayed the flags of the UK union jack, the USA flag upside down in the manner of maritime distress (also recognized as a protest), and the USSR hammer & sickle flag, as tribute to my wife’s grandfather and other’s in her family who died defending Leningrad during an 872 day siege by the Nazis. Also I like the hammer and sickle, ---

However, in no country do they have a voice in the government, ranging from little to none. I do have an attorney in New York, and have contacted an Attorney specializing in things like divorce and Partition of Property - which is a road I may have to travel, perhaps enjoined by one brother yet there is no “winner”. It takes about two years and if you “win” the judge orders a broker to sell the property fast with no particular regard to fair value. As of now, it’s the psycho-brother who is holding things up. With taxes and HOA fees, the house costs $1000 a month to sit there unoccupied. I can file a Partition lawsuit. Unfortunately, I cannot ask for lawyer fees or anything punitive. The house was to go on sale July 7th. Now the best date - if psycho cooperates - is August 1. He either comes to terms or remains combative.
