Seeing as how so many of you have discworld inspired names, and seeing how popular the Simpson’s quotes threads are, I’d like to hear some of your favorite Terry Pratchett quotes.
These can be from any of his works, not just Discworld.
I’ve been rereading Jingo and I’d like to quote my favorite Discworldian, Sam Vimes,
“Always take into consideration the fact that you may be dead wrong.”
I think the world would be a better place if more people listened to this.
Possibly the most accurate simile of all time:
“The stars glittered like giant balls of exploding hydrogen a really really long way off”
