Please think of my mother Wanda and pray for her if that is something you do. She just recently had surgery for her cerebral aneurisms, in which they occluded her left carotid artery. They _were_ going to go into her skull and bypass the aneurisms (one behind each eye, congenital) but at the last minute the doctor decided to just occlude. She’s had a massive stroke and is unresponsive. We are en route to the hospital in Wichita. Pray, send good thoughts, light a candle. She’s only 74… (40 when she had me) S said to bring stuff to camp out at the hospital. Sending this… Thank you all ---

Good thoughts, and a candle for your mother, **Zabali**. I’ll alert my mother and grandmother to light a candle at their church. They are very sympathetic to those who had strokes, as my great aunt had _many_ in her lifetime - and pulled through each one, even though she was unresponsive each time. She lived into her late 90s. I hope the same or better for your mother - however, I hope this is the _only_ one she’ll have to suffer through, and then live a long, healthy life! ---

You and your whole family are in my prayers. Just a word of hope - My mother had a massive stroke 2 1/2 years ago and the docs told us to find a nursing home to put her in. She’s recovered nearly fully. I hope your mother does as well. StG ---
