In this time of bold political protest this might be the boldest of them all. He is literally putting his life on the line in support of his beliefs. I would rather see the CCP voted out of office but that is probably never going to be possible. But, you have balls Mr Hao.

Yes, that did take some guts.

He apparently lives in Spain, which reduces the dangers somewhat. And his name was pretty much erased from any Chinese internet sites within 24 hours.

Somewhat less encouraging than the contents of the video, perhaps, is that this salvo was sponsored by the New York based fugitive Chinese billionaire Guo Wengui, who may be using this as part of his US publicity and promotion campaign that is being spearheaded by Steve Bannon.

No. Politics and history evolve. The USSR dissolved without a shot being fired. And Eastern Euro communist governments. Its not impossible that China could evolve into some sort of a democracy. Then the CCP could be booted without bloodshed. But, as I said, thats not likely. Chinese governments have traditionally fallen through violent means.
