Don’t predict me for the next… well, I don’t know how long. I’m going across the street to the hospital to see someone who’s dying of lung cancer… she didn’t even smoke! How fair is that?!? You’re actually right. I got across the street, only to remember that Linda prefers to be visited after 4 PM. (palliative care allows 24-hour visitation, but might as well stick to her preferences) Prediction: **Idle Thoughts**.,. right back at ya! ---

That really stinks. **Angua** , dear – has your officemate seemed less attentive today? Don’t refine too much on it. You’re probably still so wounded from your breakup that you aren’t capable of assessing a possible new beau’s signals properly. Hey, **F\_X** , I see there’s now a parody apology thread in this forum. I checked it out, and it looks like a takeoff on our recently banned **MetalMaven** sock-mistress – who, it seemed to me, was trying to ride on your coattails with her apology thread. I hope you won’t feel it was aimed at you, too, because my gut feeling is, it isn’t. Yours was an honest, straightforward apology after careful reflection. I like 'em. I’m a cat and horse person, but also speak fluent dog, and enjoy them. If I ever did own a dog, I’d want a big, shaggy, friendly guy who’d have good manners but always be happy to play. I doubt the cats would approve, though. **BigDaiv** back again. ---
