I had some serious back cramps this morning! They stopped for the most part but now I’m having a little bit of spotting. So something may be happening. I won’t know yet unless it gets worse. It would be kind of cool to have a Memorial Day baby. ---

I used to tell him that the big Memorial Day BBQ fest holiday everyone celebrated was because it was his birthday. He never really believed me though - he’s been smarter than I am since he was 2. 😃 ---

OK, it may be time to bring out the heavy artillery in terms of natural inductions: you’re going to need to buy some tickets to the most expensive show in town this weekend, and get a babysitter who cancels on you at the last minute. Make sure it’s one who will give you absolutely no notice. Then when you are frantically trying to find a replacement babysitter so you can go to your very expensive show, your labor will start. IF you manage to make it to the show, your water will break 10 minutes into the first act. It’s a sure thing. 😃 ---

I ended up at labor and delivery tonight. My contractions are every three to five minutes and consistent, but I’m not dilating. So they sent me home on some ambien to help me sleep through the night. They said it could be as early as tomorrow morning, so good vibes!
