Broke my water and was on oxytocin at about 8. She was born at 2:46. So about 7hrs. Once I reached 6cm and the contractions were 1-2 min apart you can bet I begged for the epidural and I never regretted it! I was 10cm at approx 1:30 and started pushing at 2:00. She was out in about 6 contractions.

she really is a great baby. we only stayed until 5pm the next day. We were so ready to get out of the hospital.
