How can sunlight shining on the mother induce a mutation in the foetus?
And if the condition is inherited than even direct radiation of the foetus isn’t going to change that. Either it was inherited or it wasn’t.
It seems like you are suggesting that the MOTHER can develop the mutation inher retina and somehow the tumour migrates to the foetus.
