# Pres. Bush, stay away from New Orleans!

That would have required him to actually come in contact with people who hadn’t been vetted or signed the loyalty oath. Cheney told him to never do that, and since Uncle Dick hasn’t been seen for weeks, Dubya is sticking with the last orders he got.
