# President Obama will not attend Justice Scalia's funeral

The internet grapevine (of expected levels of reliability) suggests that 1) the Scalia family are quite happy for Obama not to attend the funeral and 2) the Scalia family would also like those suggesting that Antonin was murdered to STFU while they mourn their loss.

This is pretty small potatoes but, as noted, no matter what Obama does the \<ahem\> Usual Suspects will feign outrage over it.
