Hahaha, that industry line sounds familiar **Photog** :D. It’s the same one _every_ industry uses, and if I didn’t know better I’d swear that all industry reps from every potentially polluting industry are taken to a secret Carribean island once a year and sat in front of a revolving fan and fed the line and drilled by a Navy SEAL instructor over and over until they instinctively learn how to keep the other half of the truth out of the picture.

Yes, arsenic and just about every other chemical ever discovered is present in _some_ background concentration _somewhere_ on the planet. Heck, if you go up to Northern Saskatchewan and start drilling into the ground in certain spots you’ll find natural radioactive uranium deposits above recommended levels for residential areas in El Paso. Now if you were an evil nuclear industry rep, you’d use that fact to claim nuclear waste is harmless 😉 .

Ahh but I’m too cynical… guess that’s what doing environmental science does to a guy. I think you were wise not to mention it to the guy - it’s likely he didn’t know any better anyways. Ok, I’ll leave this thread alone now…
