No particular reason to share these “can’t believe I got this picture” photos. But some are nice.

Some very cool shots in that link, though I thought the photo-manipulated ones were a bit of a cheat to be included in a “I Cannot Believe I Caught This” category. More like “I cannot believe I’m this good at Photoshop!”.
ETA: The third shot in that link was obviously and admittedly photo-edited, which set an expectation and made me think that many of the following shots were as well. But on second look, it appears 99% of them are unmanipulated cleverly framed or just lucky shots.

That ‘ice bird’ shot is an amazing optical illusion. At first I thought it was an actual unfortunate bird perched on the branch that got caught in a flash ice storm.

That 3rd shot made me think “ITAP” was an acronym of whatever technique was used to make that mosaic, and later captions that also used ITAP with no apparent manipulation greatly confused me until I figured it out.
