I’ll remember to commit my crimes in WI. But would I get the same treatment in, say, Mississippi?

I would very much not recommend needing medical treatment in a Mississippi prison, at least not at the moment

One gentleman came to Wisconsin just to get imprisoned here because he heard our healthcare was superior to what he was getting.

Mr. Gallagher, 68, had heard that health care in Wisconsin prisons was superior to other institutions and better than the care offered through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

I don’t care if their provider gave them oxycodone for their excruciating musculo-skeletal non-malignant low back pain, that’s not going to apply here. Especially when I see them on the basketball court going in for another layup.

Yeah, but are they hitting with the same percentages as on the outside?? This stuff MATTERS.
