Apropos of nothing, there were books, too. I still have one of them somewhere. It’s called “The \ of Vera.” (Temptations? Tribulations? Something like that.) I think there was a whole series of them back in the late 70s/early 80s. ---

The Netflix selection is indeed very weird, and random. Useless to bother watching such a random selection. ---
