Sorry this isn’t the most interesting post, but perhaps someone else out there will wonder the same thing one day…

In any event, can someone tell me whats up with SDMB messaging system? When I try to send messages, I get the error “Your Administrator has disabled private messaging”.

what the deal?

The Admins probably turned it off this vBulliten feature to save on bandwidth.
