I’ve only just read the thread, so I don’t yet know the answer, but I am going to be disappointed that this isn’t a thread calling people out on liking Bono when he is clearly a cunt of the highest order, aren’t I?
I don’t suppose there’s any chance you’ll stop being coy? It isn’t exactly sporting to refuse to be pinned down, then say “no, that isn’t it at all” when people draw reasonable inferences from your cryptic non-statements.
Well, as soon as someone draws a reasonable inference, I’ll respond to it.
Actually, I don’t think I’ve been coy on this issue at all. I’ve arguably hijacked several threads asking “Is action x moral” by saying that the question is meaningless because there are no consequences to determining whether action x is moral or not. I think I’ve been very straightforward on this issue.
What are the specific facts that lead you to believe I was “blindsided”?
I’m sure you are the CEO and sole owner of your own business and make more than I do. If you’re not, then kindly STFU in regards to denigrating my position at my firm.
Your OP made it sound as if the request was unexpected. One would expect that such a request would have been run by the management (the partners) of a company before it was sent. You had no opportunity to respond with a picture of your two-year-old before you got the email?
Certainly I am not the CEO and sole owner of the business I work for; neither (obviously) are you. Do I make more than you? I don’t know. How much do you make?
You sure about that? I don’t see how my OP made it sound as if the request was unexpected. It could be the case that a senior partner sends this same email every day, and it pisses me off every day, but only chose now to post the OP.
“Liberal douche.” I’d like to see you in a one-on-one knock-down drag-out debate with a “liberal douche.” You’d be heaving vinegar for weeks afterwards.
