# Pro Giuliani group co-chair says we should get rid of all Muslims

This is the unintended consequence of running a campaign that promotes rabid anti-terrorist hysteria. While I don’t believe it reflects Rudy’s position, I do believe it reflects a significant percentage of his constituency. There are a couple hundred responses since noon today, and most of them are of the "kill ‘em all’ sentiment.
Whipping up this kind of hatred serves no good purpose, and will only make the aftermath of the War on Terra even more wretched and difficult to mend. I can only hope that the that our violent bigots and their violent bigots kill each other and leave the rest of the world to pick up the pieces.

No, you misunderstand. It’s not about living in a cave, it’s about \*dying \* in a cave. Which must be a good thing, as pretty much everyone (in the US at least) ends up in an underground coffin, which is as close as we can get to being dead in a cave.

One human being in six is a Muslim. It was that way a hundred years ago and it almost certainly will be that way a hundred years from now. These people really need to consider that.

Some of them do; there are some really bloodthirsty people out there. I recall one fellow on another forum saying that no one should be elected President unless they are willing to kill every human being on Earth who isn’t American. When someone says “Kill all Muslims”, it’s quite possible that they know exactly what kind of slaughter they are calling for.

That cite doesn’t prove that he supports “torture” unless you think he waterboarded some of the mafia suspects when he was prosecuting them in NY.

You’re right, though. The Patriot Act passed with broad support form both parties. I don’t see how that singles RG out as supporting anti-terrorist “hysteria” similar to the comments made by the guy in the OP’s article.

You do of course realize that most of the greatest atrocities being committed at this moment are being committed by Muslims in the name of Allah right? If you can show me the equivalent of a Jewish Darfur, Taliban, Wahabism, or Female Circumcision in the 20th century, then I might agree with you that the analogy is apt. Until then, I am going to stick with, ‘That is the most idiotic fucking thing I’ve ever seen you write.’
I don’t agree that we should start rounding up the Muslims we have and shipping them out, but there is this little thing called the Koran that tells them to convert others by any means necessary, which they take as God’s immutable commandment.

I don’t have Muslims beating down my door every Saturday morning or stalking me on my way to work, trying to get me to read their literature.
In _this_ country, there aren’t Muslims hogging all the microphones in sight, trying to desparately twist the Constitution so that their ideology is represented over everyone elses.
I see the same crazy wild-eyed “Allah Achbar”, chest-slamming people that you do. They are CRAZY and I wish they would all just Allah Achbar themselves to death. But no one’s going to convince me that those looney-toones represent more than a fringe. We don’t have people like that living in this country. The Muslims I know are all good people whose morals are just like mine and everyone else’s.
Now I wouldn’t kneel to Allah if you gave me a million bucks. Their version of God is scarier than the fire-and-brimstone God I was raised in believing. But what that guy said was inexcusable. No one should live in fear of their group being wiped out.
Or maybe you think “never forget” only applies to people who are our friends?

No I don’t think that. I think he was suggesting that waterboarding is comparable to the kind of “intensive” interrogations he did to mafia suspects. IMO this was a suggestion that waterboarding isn’t really torture, just a higher level of “intensity”.
