> [@picker](#): > > **Qadgop** - this thread has got us hungry. Since you’re the only WI doper I’ve seen in this thread, do you know where we can find Mongolian BBQ in Madison? Peking Palace (next to Hilldale Theatre) includes a passable Mongolian barbecue with their otherwise fantastic evening Chinese buffet. No lamb or cilantro though; only the cook has access to the oils and sauces, and he didn’t even ask what I wanted on it! Still, if it doesn’t turn out, you can always make another pass through the line, or pick up something from the four other buffet tables. ---

Thanks **KeithT** I appreciate the tip - I think I ate there once about two years ago for Chinese. Next time I’m on the west side I might pop on by. But I’m really ready for the one **QtM** mentioned - I’ll be heading to the Fox Valley in a week or so, and I’m pretty sure I’ll be taking the long way just to check out the cilantro and lamb at Genghis \ KHAAAAANNNNNN! \ picker 🙂 [Previous page](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/probably-the-worst-restaurant-ive-ever-been-to/275077.md?page=8)
