I agree. The ‘Hide details’ tag is by far the best solution.

It’s helpful that it’s available on the edit menu (under the gear wheel icon), so we don’t have to remember how it works.

It’s simple and effective.

We don’t need anything more elaborate. We don’t want to make a big deal about NSFW links, or make it difficult for people to get to them. We simply want to prevent people from clicking on them inadvertently.
